Larcramp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or business transcription workflows.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you record, import, and transcribe.
• You must comply with applicable laws, including consent and privacy laws for recordings.
• You are responsible for protecting any third-party API keys you use in the app.

4. Optional Third-Party Services

If you use cloud transcription providers, those services are provided by third parties and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Availability and Changes

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may be updated, changed, or discontinued.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Larcramp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to app use.
